Outside The Wire (OTW) is an Intellectual Property Data Agency operating the WireIP Network — a DAG-based protocol standard for the registration, tokenization, and defense of intellectual property. Often described as the "UNIX of blockchain IP," WireIP functions as institutional infrastructure rather than a speculative financial product.

Every registered asset receives an IPRIN (Intellectual Property Record Identification Number), a unique indexed identifier that spans all asset categories: audio-visual (AVIRIN), audio, literary, visual, and technical drawings.

WireIP's core value proposition is proof — proof that a creator registered something at a specific time, proof that a specific file matches that registration record, and (for Pro subscribers and above) active monitoring that the registered work is not being used without authorization. The platform cross-references submissions against real government IP records consumed from official public APIs, and applies an AI-assisted originality scan before any tokenization step completes.

Subscription tiers range from Free (for works already holding active government registration) through Standard, Pro, Elite, and Studio/Enterprise — each unlocking deeper feature access while keeping the full navigation visible to all users. Role and tier operate on completely independent axes: a Creator, Institution, Attorney, or Label/Organization can each be on any subscription level.
